We are looking for a U.S.-based Account Manager who loves talking to people, building relationships, and earning commissions from every client they bring in.

The company is young but proud to deliver services well above industry standards. That's where your role comes in; we are looking for sales professionals who help us take our services to more and better clients.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager at BizWarrior, you will:

Prospect small businesses in your area or online (DMs, emails, cold calls, referrals, in-person visits).
Introduce BizWarrior’s services and book intro calls.
Sell our services.
Act as the main point of contact for the clients you bring.
Maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify new opportunities with existing clients (upsells, referrals, upgrades).
Earn recurring commissions from every client you sign.

This role is a mix of business development, sales, and account management.

Compensation

Earn 20% of all revenue from the clients you bring (including recurring services).
No base salary. No caps.

Examples:

Website sale ($900) → $180 one-time
AI Receptionist ($300/month) → $60/month recurring
Marketing package ($600/month) → $120/month recurring

Your income scales as your client portfolio grows.
