Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and expertise in quality control and inspection. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in managing teams, liaising with clients, and maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Develop detailed construction estimates and budgets to ensure project profitability.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain quality standards.
Perform quality inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.
Oversee construction inspection processes to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
Manage schedules, resources, and personnel effectively to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Utilize project management tools to track progress, document issues, and communicate updates effectively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project scope, changes, inspections, and approvals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and project management principles.
Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and quality control practices.
Electrical experience is a plus for overseeing specialized aspects of projects involving electrical systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites.
