The Private Equity Associate will play a critical role in the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities. This position offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of private equity transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
• Investment Analysis : Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities, including building and maintaining complex financial models. • Due Diligence : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational reviews to assess the viability of investment opportunities. • Deal Execution : Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and preparation of investment committee materials. • Portfolio Management : Work closely with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new investment opportunities. • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, intermediaries, and portfolio company executives.

Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • Experience : 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field. • Skills : • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools. • Attributes : • Highly motivated and detail-oriented. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a passion for investments and value creation.
